IHRAM:

.”
You must now climb Safa and face the Kaaba, offering prayers of your choice. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), while standing in Safa, declared three times:
“There is no god but Allah.”
You should now continue towards Marwah, strolling at an ordinary pace until you reach the green marker. Men should, if possible, run until they reach the next green marker, after which they should return to their normal walking pace until they reach Marwah. Women should proceed at an ordinary strolling pace. The region between the two markers is where Haajar heard Ishmael crying with thirst as she sought help.
She ran as soon as she heard his cry. As you stand on Marwah, face the Qibla and repeat the prayers and supplications that you expressed in Safa. You are now ready to make the journey home, walk where you should walk, and, if you are a man, run, if possible, where you should run. This is your second visit. Now, you must repeat the process until you have completed seven paragraphs, completing Sa’y in Marwah. Whereas performing Sa’y, you ought to supplicate to Allah as you want and present verses from the Sacred Quran.
HAIR CUTTING:
